Tryggghet, nyfikenhet och självständighet är bara några av de färdigheter och egenskaper som barn kommer att utveckla på Montessoriförskolan Barnens Hus. Sedan vår grundande har vi fokuserat på att stödja barn under alla övergångar genom tidig barndom.

About our preschool

Grundades1961

Barnens Hus is a Montessori preschool in central Lund that is operated as a parent cooperative.

The preschool is divided into two departments, Lilla Barnens Hus and Stora Barnens Hus.

We work with different environments and the right stimulation to utilize the child's inherent resources and its joy in discovering the world around it.

We want your child to grow in self-esteem during their time at our preschool.

We want your child to be comfortable with themselves and their friends, and to learn new skills: social as well as practical, creative, and intellectual.

We want to help your child to help themselves.

At our preschool, we care about maintaining a positive, secure, and harmonious atmosphere. We prefer to encourage good actions rather than criticize bad ones. There is always a lap and arms available for the child who needs it.

LILLA BARNENS HUS

Avdelningen Lilla Barnens Hus öppnade i januari 2005.

Lilla Barnens Hus bedrivs förskoleverksamheten i en marklägenhet med härlig trädgård i centrala Lund.

Småbarnsgruppen består av 13 barn i åldern 1–3 år. Vi är en liten grupp barn med tre pedagoger.

STORA BARNENS HUS

The department Stora Barnens Hus was founded in January 1961.

A stone's throw away from our small department, you will find Stora Barnens Hus, located at Winstrupsgatan 3 in Lund.

Here, there are 24 children aged 3-6 years, with four educators.
